Packwire® Procurement Pro™
Procurement Pro is Packwire's account program for businesses that order packaging on a schedule: a subscription box every month, a seasonal run every quarter, or an annual forecast released in batches. One custom run doesn't need it; the quote above covers that.
It's built for whoever owns packaging spend, whether that's a procurement team, an operations lead or a founder doing it themselves, and whose job gets easier when one supplier holds the spec, the schedule and the pricing.
To start, tick Recurring orders in the form and tell us the cadence or the yearly volume. You'll get a quote structured around it, and an account manager from the first order.
Named account manager
One person handles every order from first spec to your dock: quoting, proofs, scheduling and freight.
Specs on file
Approved dielines, color standards and board grades are saved to your account. Reorders skip re-proofing unless something changes.
Forecast pricing*
Per-unit pricing held across your annual forecast, with releases on your schedule instead of a new quote each time.
Production planned around you
Slots scheduled to your calendar, with split shipments to several locations when you need them.
Invoicing on terms*
Wire, ACH or invoice, with one consolidated bill per release.
Cost reviews
A periodic look at right-sizing, board swaps and print method changes that lower your per-unit cost.
* Program terms. Procurement Pro is offered at Packwire's discretion. Payment terms and consolidated invoicing are subject to a credit evaluation, which includes a business credit report from Dun & Bradstreet or Equifax, trade references and a signed credit application, and may be adjusted or withdrawn based on payment history. Packwire is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Dun & Bradstreet or Equifax; their names are used only to identify the source of the report. Forecast pricing is held for the agreed period and quantities and may be revised if board, ink or freight costs change materially or the forecast is not met. Production scheduling depends on capacity at the time of release. All orders remain subject to Packwire's Terms and Conditions.
What a custom packaging quote covers
The configurator covers four box types in digital print at the sizes and quantities it lists. A quote opens the rest: any size on those four, more print methods, more board grades, and structures we don't sell online.

Mailer boxes
The e-commerce shipper. Any size by quote, full print inside and out, inserts and dividers cut to the product.
Mailer boxes ›
Shipping boxes
Regular slotted cartons in single or double wall, custom dimensions, HD Flexo at volume for the lowest per-unit cost.
Shipping boxes ›
Folding boxes
SBS and C1S paperboard cartons for retail shelves, subscription kits and secondary packaging, in custom sizes by quote.
Folding boxes ›
Rigid boxes
Set-up boxes for premium goods, kits and gifting, with foil, spot UV and soft-touch finishes and fitted inserts.
Rigid boxes ›Print methods
- Digital print
Single-pass and multi-pass UV inkjet straight onto the board. No plates, no tooling, fast turns. The default for short and mid-size runs and for photo-quality artwork.
- HD Flexo
Direct-print flexography for high-volume runs where throughput and per-unit cost matter most. Shipping cartons and heavy-duty logistics packaging at scale.
- Litho lamination
Offset-printed sheets mounted to corrugated. Photographic quality and a shelf-ready finish for retail and premium runs.
- Cutting
CAD tables and laser for die-less short runs, traditional die cutting once quantity justifies the tooling.
Board, structures and materials
- Corrugated grades
E, B and C flute, plus BC and EB double wall for stacking strength. The packaging board chart has the ECT and burst numbers behind each grade.
- Folding cartons
SBS and C1S/C2S paperboard for retail shelving, subscription kits and secondary packaging that needs a clean, printable surface.
- Specialty board
N and F micro-flute for tighter folds and finer print, and boards sourced to a specific crush-test target when a spec calls for one.
- Liners and finishes
Kraft, white top, mottled white and clay-coated liners, with foil stamping, spot UV, soft-touch lamination and debossing on rigid and folding work.
Beyond the box
If it's part of packing your product, ask for it in the same quote. One supplier, one invoice, one delivery.
Inserts and void fill
Corrugated inserts, dividers and platforms cut to your product, plus crinkle paper, air pillows or foam when the project calls for it.
Retail displays
Counter displays, PDQ trays and floor-standing pallet displays, structurally engineered to hold your product and printed to match.
Bags
Printed poly mailers, paper bags and retail shopping bags in custom sizes, with full-color branding on both sides.
Tubes
Rigid paper tubes for posters, cosmetics and gifting, with custom diameters, printed wraps and end caps.
How to request a custom box quote
Send the request
Use the form above, email [email protected], or call 1-800-881-6093. Attach anything that helps: a dieline, artwork or a reference photo.
We quote it
Typically within one business day, with the quote or the questions we need answered first. The quote lists every spec: style, dimensions, board, print, finish, quantity, lead time and shipping.
Confirm the order
Tell us the quote works and we confirm the order back to you in writing, with the final specs for the run.
Proof, production, delivery
Approve your proof and production starts; from that point the order can't be cancelled. Standard production is typically 10–20 calendar days, then the boxes ship to you or to several locations.
Every order is governed by our Terms and Conditions, including quote acceptance, payment, cancellation and defect claims.
Ready to price your next run?
Send the spec you have, even if it's partial. We'll come back with per-unit pricing at your quantities, a production window and a shipping estimate.
Quote questions
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Packwire's minimum order is 10 units for mailer boxes and corrugated shipping boxes, and 500 units for rigid and folding boxes.
If you just want to see and feel one before committing to a run, you can order a single printed mailer sample for $35 plus $6.25 shipping within the continental US ($41.25 delivered) right from our 3D configurator. Just set the quantity to 1.
We can sometimes accommodate smaller quantities for folding and rigid boxes on a case-by-case basis for specialty projects. If you have a specific need, reach out to us and we'll see what we can do.
How long is your production time?
Packwire's production time is typically 10-20 calendar days, depending on quantity and box style. Transit adds roughly 1 day to a week on top of that, depending on your location and order size, so plan on about 2-4 weeks door to door. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout.
Production only begins once you approve your online proof, so the clock starts at approval rather than at checkout.
Need it sooner? Just ask. If our production schedule permits, we often expedite orders at no extra charge. For tighter deadlines, rush options are also available. Contact us with your timeline and we'll do our best to make it work.
Can you produce more than 2,000 units?
Yes. Packwire regularly produces custom packaging runs well above 2,000 units.
The 2,000-unit ceiling in our 3D configurator (3,000 for folding boxes) is a limit of the self-serve tool, not a limit on what we can manufacture. Anything above that is quoted by our team rather than priced online.
At higher volumes we can usually offer better per-unit pricing, and we may print using HD Flexo or Litho Lamination for even higher quality at scale. Contact us with your quantity, box style, and size, and we'll send you a quote.
What factors affect my box pricing?
Packwire produces at high volume, and in print and packaging, that changes everything. Higher volume means lower costs per box, and we pass those savings directly to you. Your box price is based on five things: dimensions, box style, material, ink coverage, and quantity. You can see it update instantly in our 3D configurator as you adjust specs. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost. For orders above 2,000 units, we can also offer alternative printing methods like HD Flexo and Litho Lamination, which can be more cost-effective at scale. Contact us anytime for a quote.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or wholesale pricing?
Yes. Volume pricing is built into every quote. The more you order, the lower your per-unit cost, and you can watch it update live in our 3D configurator. For larger requirements, contact us with your quantity and specs and we'll discuss wholesale pricing.
We also offer a military and first responder discount. Note that discounts can't be combined. Only one promotion or discount applies per order.
Will you price match if I find a lower quote elsewhere?
Yes. Packwire will do its best to match a lower quote from another provider. Please note this depends on specific box type, quantity, and printing process. Reach out directly to discuss pricing details.
Do you charge any setup fees?
No, we don't charge any setup fees for products displayed on our website. Setup fees only apply to specialized custom products or complex projects that aren't listed online. Feel free to contact us directly for specifics.
Can you split orders?
Yes, Packwire can split an order across multiple addresses. Whether you need boxes shipped to a warehouse and a retail location, or split across multiple facilities, we'll coordinate it. Additional shipping fees may apply depending on the number of destinations. Get in touch with your shipping details and we'll provide an exact quote.
