Our production time is typically 10–20 calendar days, depending on quantity. You'll see an estimated delivery date at checkout but feel free to ask us if you have any special rush needs
All our custom corrugated boxes are made in the United States. Occasionally, specialty items may be produced elsewhere, but we always prioritize US-based production.
Smaller orders typically ship via FedEx Ground® or FedEx Express®, while larger orders ship LTL Freight (Less than truckload). You'll always receive tracking information upon shipment.

Our boxes contain at least 50% recycled content and are 100% recyclable ♻️, and we partner with suppliers who prioritize ethical forestry. We also mainly use digital printing, which avoids traditional printing plates and reduces both energy use and material waste. It allows for on-demand production, meaning we only print what’s needed, minimizing overproduction and excess inventory. From design to delivery, we’re committed to reducing our environmental impact while helping our customers create high-quality, sustainable packaging.

Definitely! Although E-Flute board seems thin, it forms a sturdy, reliable box safe for shipping without additional protection.
Digital printing can't perfectly match Pantone colors, but our advanced 6-color press comes very close. For exact PMS matches, we offer HD Flexo or Litho Lamination for larger orders. Let us know your specific color needs and we'll be happy to help!
Yes, you'll receive a digital proof by email shortly after ordering. You can also view proofs through your online account.

Please include a 1/4" bleed on all artwork edges. CMYK colors are recommended as RGB screen colors can differ from the print result. If you have critical Pantone colors, let us know in advance.
Box dimensions listed on our site refer to the interior measurements (Length × Width × Depth). To select the best box, carefully measure your product’s length, width, and depth, adding about 1/8"–1/4" for a comfortable fit.
